The aim of meditation is to make our mind peaceful.

When our mind is peaceful, we feel nor worry nor mental discomfort. We feel relaxed and experience real happiness. On the contrary, when our mind is agitated, it is difficult for us to stay happy and relaxed, even if we have the best possible conditions.

By training in meditation, our mind will progressively become calmer, we will be able to reduce and finally abandon stress and nurture positive states of mind. We will gradually become more beneficial to others.
