Learn to meditate, to relax or to deepen your meditation practice. These meditations serve to develop and become familiar with peaceful states of mind.
Each class focuses on essential aspects of our lives: dealing with stress, facing difficulties skillfully, making wise decisions, and caring for ourselves and our loved ones with balance. In the light of the wisdom of Buddhist teachings, we will find concrete methods to transform our lives and give them great meaning.
